Add runAnalysis verbosity levels

Summary

• Add runAnalysis(..., verbose = ...) with all/TRUE, analysis, jasp, and none/FALSE modes.
• Default quiet developer runs to analysis, so R module warnings and messages remain visible while Desktop/QML/native chatter stays suppressed.
• Preserve jaspTools as an orchestration wrapper: native logging is still controlled by jaspSyntax/jaspBase, and jaspTools only forwards/replays the selected streams.

Validation

• Focused helper assertions for verbosity normalization and subprocess stream replay.
• Reinstalled local jaspTools from source.
• Verified mixed-model replay keeps decoded labels while allowing analysis diagnostics by default.
