I'm Jason Garcia, a Technical Program Manager with 10+ years driving complex technical programs across AI/ML research, AR/VR hardware, and aerospace/defense systems. Most recently at Meta's AR/VR Research Technologies (Eye Tracking), I led programs spanning camera and sensor development, annotation and data-labeling pipelines, human-evaluation design, and vendor contract management. Before Meta, I led smart-contract development at an NFT-infrastructure startup (NFTKred), built defense systems engineering programs at Raytheon Israel, and spent 7+ years at Northrop Grumman on UAV flight test, radar, and software engineering.
