Here are a few projects I've worked on:
Dietaryindex is an R package that provides user-friendly, streamlined methods for calculating index-based dietary patterns (dietary index) for NHANES and many other nutritional assessment, including ASA24, DHQ3, and Block FFQ.
MetaboIndex provides tools for metabolomics-based dietary inflammation scoring (The Dietary Metabolite Inflammatory Index) and reference standardization quantification workflows. The Dietary Metabolite Inflammatory Index offers a complementary approach to measure inflammation-related dietary intake using untargeted metabolomics in addition to self-reporting dietary intake.
MSMICA (Mass Spectrometry Metabolomics Identification Connection Algorithm) is an R package that uses experimentally optimized parameters — including adduct formations, adduct correlations, enzyme-based precursor-product correlations, and isotope correlations — for metabolite identification using a Bayesian framework. It typically generates 2000-4000 metabolite identifications with mostly unique features assigned.
Feel free to reach out if you want to collaborate on a project, need help with something, or just want to connect.
