⚡ RESTful API Example with Dart and free APIs

This repository demonstrates building a simple RESTful API client in Dart using the http package. It also explores free APIs and tools for development, including Postman for API testing.

What are RESTful APIs?

Using free APIs for development:

This example utilizes the free JSONPlaceholder API (https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/) to demonstrate working with APIs. This API provides sample data for users, posts, comments, etc.

Converting JSON to Dart:

The https://app.quicktype.io/ website is a helpful tool for converting JSON responses from APIs into corresponding Dart classes. This simplifies working with the API data in your Dart code.

API Testing with Postman:

Postman is a powerful tool for testing APIs. You can use Postman to:

• Send requests: Make various HTTP requests (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) to the API endpoints.
• Inspect responses: Examine the HTTP status codes, headers, and response bodies of the API requests.
