Message Board To be implemented in python, with PGP, and maybe some PHP. To be accessed by client from any web browser. Needs to authenticate users through PGP if they want to post, maybe user/pass to read.. not sure yet, need to learn more about PGP. Minimalistic web server. Want to notify users of new posts.
