• Phase 0: publication on 3 March, delivery on 8 March (end of week 3).
• Phase 1: publication on 10 March, delivery on 29 March (end of week 6).
• Phase 2: publication on 31 March, delivery on 19 April 26 April.
• Phase 3: publication on 5 May, delivery on 24 May (end of week 13).
• Phase 4: publication on 26 May, delivery on 7 June 15 June.
