temporary NetWebView2Lib.au3 file contains UDF and example all together within separate regions.

Please excuse the quick merge. To be honest, I'm still learning the ropes of GitHub's workflow, and I didn't quite understand the difference between a 'Draft' and a regular PR, or how the 'Review' process works. I thought I was just accepting your contribution!
