  1. Split pt2e launch model-by-model
  2. Refactor test env setup
  3. Keep same deps (torchbench, timm, transformers) version for test
  4. Update latest accuracy refer to https://github.com/intel/torch-xpu-ops/actions/runs/15996062041

disable_all to skip non-related issues
