RAGFlow supports multiple OpenAI-compatible providers, but AI Badgr wasn’t selectable/configured out of the box. This PR adds AI Badgr as an optional provider preset so users can point RAGFlow at https://aibadgr.com/api/v1 and use tier-based chat models without changing core behavior.

It also requires modifications on frontend.

Please attach your logo and make sure it can be added through model provider seamlessly
