because we're using custom container we can't define the linux_fx_version
I need to hardcode some of the regions because of the ERROR (quote/SKU type on azurerm service plan)
style(main.tf): Remove blank space build(main.tf): Upgrade hashicorp/azure rm to 4.27.0 and hashicorp/random to 3.7.2 feat(main.tf): Add subscription_id variable
so we have a standardized terraform file.
