Looks good, tested v2 endpoints in the browser and maps load as expected.

Adds
/v2/taxa/{id}/map_layersand/v2/heatmap/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.grid.json.jswith relevant specs. Both were not yet present in v2, but v1 versions were being used by the website. Preparing to update the website to use these v2 versions
