Fix installation on MacOS

Hi!

I've attempted to install this package on an Apple MacBook M2 and noticed the following issues:

• Failed to install onnxruntime-gpu.
• Failed to install tensorflow[and-cuda].
• Installation attempts with Python version greater than 3.10 – also failed due to some dependency requirements.

I've resolved at least the installation issues on macOS.

I also have more flexible solution, but it breaks backward compatibility because pip doesn't support default extras.

Thank you, @Danand. This patch works perfectly for me on Apple Silicon (M3 Max) using Pipenv with Python 3.11.
