This introduces a change that migrates usage of JavaEE to Jakarta EE. Although I think that Tinder doesn't use any of these features, Openfire currently (5.x) is on JavaEE and isn't planning to switch to Jakarta anytime soon.

It is probably most sensible to stick with dom4j's 2.1 branch for the time being.
