…32057) MFEM correctly handles nullptr in ParComplexLinearForm::AddDomainIntegrator and ParComplexLinearForm::AddBoundaryIntegrator anyway, and this was a memory leak waiting to happen

Missing MFEM updates in the last few newsletters. Code style consistency.
Design
Added latest MFEM updates to the newsletters. Performed some minor code refactoring.
Impact
Up-to-date newsletters. Simpler/neater code.
