[Composer] Added conflict with rector/rector 2.2.6

Description:

After this week's release of rector/rector we've seen failures all over our repositories.

Known issues ATM:

1. fieldtype-richtext:

$ ./vendor/bin/rector process --dry-run
In ProcessPool.php line 30:
                                   
  Process "6fvtvk6mvz" not found.  

(unknown source yet)

2. all packages:

$ ./vendor/bin/rector process --dry-run
                        
 [ERROR] Could not process                                                                                              
         "some_file.php"     
         file, due to:                                                                                                  
         "System error: "Class "RectorPrefix202510\Symplify\PHPStanRules\Enum\SymfonyFunctionName" not found"

if a file invokes any native PHP function - fails on Symfony 6.0 rector set, specifically in \Rector\Symfony\Symfony60\Rector\FuncCall\ReplaceServiceArgumentRector.
