Note
Checking such changes in a dry-run mode is possible by executing Create Tag workflow without Push changes option selected.

Description:
This change introduces usage of branch 5.0-next in admin-ui-assets for dev instances instead of using last tagged version. That allows us to be up-to-date with JS dependencies (mainly focusing on design-system)
