Minor update to iTrace-JetBrains

This update prevents iTrace-JetBrains from being automatically disabled when IntelliJ, PyCharm, or any other JetBrains IDEs update to a newer version.

This release is functionally identical to 0.2.0, but allows the plugin to work on newer versions of the IDE.

Initial Release of iTrace-JetBrains

This is a plugin for the JetBrains family of IDEs for use in the iTrace Infrastructure. This allows researchers to log gaze information for subjects viewing text and code within any JetBrains IDE.

Release Notes:

• Tested on IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, WebStorm, and RustRover. Other JetBrains IDEs should work.
• Records line and column position with respect to eye gaze locations.
• Output is compatible with the rest of the iTrace Infrastructure.
