  • This was the contents of the "init" branch in ilib-js/ilib-glyphstring, which was a WIP
  • need to complete the conversion of the sources to use ilib-localedata to get their data
  • need to get the tests working
    • need to finish converting to jest
  • need to get the data generator working
  • the pipeline tests for this PR will fail because it is not ready for prime time yet

- resolved some other package.json problems so that now the tests
  run. (They don't pass, but at least they run now.)
