docs(shd-connect): align add-on naming, fix doc links, add icon

Summary

Cleans up the SHD Connect add-on pages (EN + DE) and adds the add-on icon.

Naming

• Standardize the add-on name to SHD Connect (per SHD's Addons overview) in the Telekom and Baramundi adapter body text. It previously read the inconsistent "SM-View Connect".
• Fix casing SHD VIEW Client -> SHD View Client on the index page (the base module "SHD View" stays, only the spelling is normalized).

Frontmatter description

• Set description of both adapter pages to the page title (SHD Connect - Telekom-Adapter / SHD Connect - Baramundi-Adapter), matching the index page convention (description: SHD Connect).

Doc links

• Repoint the SHD documentation links from the SM-VIEW+Connect+-+... slug to SHD+Connect+-+.... The Confluence page IDs are unchanged, so the links stay valid.

Icon

• Add the add-on's own vector icon as overrides/.icons/addons/shd-connect.svg (taken from the installed module) and set icon: addons/shd-connect on the index page (EN + DE).

Deliberately left unchanged

• Technical module name shd_smview_connect (system-requirements pages).
• The SM-View 2024.3.0.2708 version reference in the troubleshooting page.

Test plan

• Build the docs; the SHD Connect index page shows the new icon in EN and DE
• The two adapter doc-links resolve to the SHD Confluence pages
• Note: the icon SVG is two-tone; confirm rendering is acceptable (theme may mask it to a single color)
