Both versions are available on center.i-doit.com but were not yet documented on kb.i-doit.com. Sources: - Forms 1.4 (2025-10-21): $forms-addon/CHANGELOG, commit 'AOF-00 Version bump to 1.4 + add changelog' - ISMS 1.6.4: /var/www/html/src/classes/modules/iso27001/CHANGELOG (date not recorded in source CHANGELOG; uses '-' like surrounding rows)
