I don't see the need for this to be a BUD. To me this is just a blossom server with BUD-10 capabilities running locally. |

It doesn't really need to be part of the protocol. but there isn't any application space at the moment so I figured creating it as a PR here would be good for now. #85 also similar to this in that it does not belong in the protocol but still would be useful to have defined somewhere for other developers to easily find |
