The 2026-07-26 sweep pinned github/codeql-action to 29b1f65c, a SHA that does not exist upstream (GitHub API 422, Actions "unable to resolve action") — same defect as f19-stealth-glider. Repin to v3.37.3 (4187e74d05793876e9989daffde9c3e66b4acd07), verified resolvable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
