- If you have added an email to your account, you can use https://auth.hydralauncher.gg/recover-account. Or else, send an email do [email protected]
- You need to add your download sources. All the download sources are made by the community, so we recommend you to talk to the community and see what are the most used sources.
- This is a bug that sometimes happens on Windows for an unknown reason when updating or even on a fresh install. But it is easily fixed by:
- Close Hydra
- Go to
%appdata%and deletehydraandhydralauncherfolders.hydrafolder might not exist for you if you never installed older versions. - Open Hydra again
- If this does not solve your problem, upload your logs when you create a new issue (you should always do it anyway)
- This happens because, unfortunately, we can't do an exact match on the game and the download option. We try our best by matching the title of the game. But this has some inconsistencies, like downloads from Alan Wake 2 showing for Alan Wake.
- Hydra parses the achievements files generated by the games while you play them. But not all games (or not all sources for each game) generate these files. If the game doesn't generate the file, there would be no way Hydra knows your unlocked achievements.
