- Implemented complete proxy settings feature in Hydra, supporting three modes: Direct, System Proxy, and Manual Configuration. - Added UI for proxy settings in the settings page, including options for proxy mode and manual configuration fields. - Integrated system proxy detection for Windows, macOS, and Linux. - Updated relevant services (HydraApi, Steam API, Steam250, Python RPC) to utilize proxy settings. - Enhanced user preferences to store proxy configuration. - Added translations for new proxy settings strings in English and Chinese.
