Updated UI for organizers, footer, and Gemfile changes

Changes implemented:

1. Organization Administrators:

   • Converted the list of organization administrators' names into bullet points for a cleaner, professional look.

2. Footer Section:

   • Adjusted the position of "Thank You" text and related links to improve layout and readability.

3. Names Styling:

   • Updated font-family, font-size, and font-weight for names displayed as bullet points to enhance visual consistency.

4. Gemfile Update:

   • Added the following line to Gemfile for Windows platform compatibility:
     gem 'tzinfo-data', platforms: [:mingw, :mswin, :x64_mingw]

These changes improve UI presentation and ensure compatibility across platforms.
