2nd stable version

New Features:

• No need to always be on root and create a project as root
• Just make an env and provide the VM user name to be used
• Auto-generate user does not exist
• Auto-set file permission for the created user and cloned files
• Auto-create web bundle and restart the service using --final command
• The final command can be used to restart the service with webbundle
