v3.14.0: MSI Claw improvements

Adds RGB, back button, and sleep support to the MSI Claw by creating a new driver for it. Everything works except gyro.
Also, let's add the new firmware features of the Go S, since it seems that users have started updating their firmware, and make the power button handler on by default.
