- Derive segments from template placeholders
- Replace multi-spawn git with single porcelain command (~15ms)
- Remove caching, setup wizard, onlyif conditions
- Remove agent, prompt, ccusage builtins
- Fix ANSI-aware UTF-8 truncation

- Model no longer shows 🤖 emoji
- New default template: {model}{ctx}{cost} {cwd}{git}
- Session info (model, context %, cost) grouped together
- Remove folder emoji from cwd
- Tighter git tracking (branch*↑1↓2 vs branch* ↑1 ↓2)
- Colon separator between cwd and git (shell prompt style)
- Add 4KiB stdout cap for exec plugins
- Single JSON unmarshal (pass ctxObj to Collect)
- Git: ⇡⇣≡ indicators with meaningful colors
- Git: default --untracked-files=no for speed
- Context %: color shift at 50%/75% thresholds
- GCP/CF: compact format (gcp:project@config)
- Cloudflare: walk up to project_dir for config
- Render: track segment positions for truncation
- Config: support project-local .claude/ccsl.toml
- Palette: muted 256-color gold/red
