Add the callback to simulation button and a progress bar to the visualization interface

Currently, the Simulate button does nothing, but eventually it should do something, which requires a callback. Additionally, when the button is pushed, it should signal that the simulation is in progress for the user, using eg. a progress bar.

The progress bar idea might need more thought, as it is possible the simulation is run in a cluster or some other non-server environment. Additionally, if the training of AI is to be included as part of the button's triggered action, the training might take an unreasonably long time (2-3 days) for the user to keep the webpage open. It might be more feasible to trigger a notification once the simulation is complete and until then, run it in background with a text "Simulation in progress" displayed and simulation&optimization parameters disabled, to prevent from other runs being started.
