Bumps kleidukos/get-tested from 0.1.9.0 to 0.1.9.1.

Release notes

Sourced from kleidukos/get-tested's releases.

v0.1.9.1

get-tested v0.1.9.1

This release brings improvements for better compatibility between versions of the CLI tool and the action.

Thanks to new release workflows, the get-tested action can be run on windows & macos runners, not just ubuntu runners anymore.

The README mentions the need to select at least one operating system in the action's options.

My thanks to @mmhat for the contributions. Special thanks to @webdevred for driving the v0.1.9 release family.

Thanks to the haters, whose notable absence keeps us going.
