Bump hiredis lib to v1.3.0 - see changelog: https://github.com/redis/hiredis/releases/tag/v1.3.0

Key changes

Make redisEnableKeepAlive a no-op on AF_UNIX connection
Fix memory leak
Only override context read/write funcs on SSL_connect success
Add support of RESP3 attribute type
