I added a solution to try to get the Gilda version automatically so we don't have to do that manually, can you check if this works? |

This PR changes the code in
indra_db/client/readonly/query.pyto allow setting a custom terms source. This allows for setting the gilda grounder to the SQLite adapter, which with this PR can be set with with the environment variableGILDA_TERMS.The service
Dockerfileis also updated to build the sqlite adapter for Gilda.
