Since we are using the Dokka plugin to generate javadoc, there could be some Dokka configurations required.

When you fallback in tor-droid-make.sh if strip-nondeterminism is missing, maybe print something to console warning that its missing from the path. In order to encourage people to use strip-nondeterminism and increase chance of reproducibility.
