  1. The START NEW RUN button should open a dialogue that allows the user to select the run type and start a new run with the START RUN button.
  2. Data should be displayed correctly in the table.
  3. Clicking on the table headers should change the data sort order.
  4. Clicking on a row should link to the page for that run.
  5. The total number of runs should be displayed.
