What problem(s) does this PR solve?
This sets up macro benchmarking for the Android editor. This will allow us to measure and keep an eye on the editor startup and interaction performance.
At the moment, the benchmark is set to measure startup timing, memory usage and frame timing when launching the project manager and when launching the editor for an empty project.
