In collaboration with W4 Games and Google, this PR adds Android XR support to the Godot XR editor.

This is the 4.5 backport of #112777

Thanks! Looks good to me and works great in my testing on a Samsung Galaxy XR

Code changes seem good.

For clarity, we normally don't include new features in maintenance releases, but an exception was agreed here by the XR and Android teams. This only affects the Android editor, which is considered beta, and adds support for Android XR without affecting the non-XR version. So adding this to the current stable branch lets us get wider testing as Android XR devices reach the market.
