Coverage for NSTextBlock, NSTextTable and NSTextTableBlock: the defaults, setValue:type:forDimension: and the width/layer accessors, setContentWidth:, the background and per-edge border colours, the vertical alignment, the table column count, layout algorithm and border/empty-cell flags, and the table block row/column position.
Behaviour checked against Cocoa on macOS; all match. The tests use the named enum constants, so they are independent of the constant values.
