@davd-gzl, as we discussed I updated this PR o make changes to your new file docs/resources/gnodev.md . Previously, the changes mentioned that test is a registered name.

But now you are using devtest, not test1. We can either:

1. Rename devtest to test1 and add the mention of the registered name
2. Keep devtest and don't mention the registered name
3. Keep devtest and mention the registered name saying "devtest is registered in r/sys/users as test1"
