Hi,
I actually haven't tested this so PLEASE DO NOT MERGE.
I just want to get your feedback on whether or not you would be interested in merging something like this once it has been tested.
My idea behind this is that I want to be able to use the same instance of my trust manager throughout my entire app but I want to be able to decide on certain points not to prompt/bother the user with a dialog or notification. (Ie test if I can create a connection based on previously trusted certs and if this fails simply ignore that or try again at a later point.)
