@natefoo I have a tool used for measuring allele-specific TL and characterizing telomere variant repeat. Should these be in separate files like in this pull-request, or should it be put in one of the existing files?

Installation sequence for tool-installers

  • Test using @galaxybot test this
  • Inspect CI output for expected changes
  • Deploy using @galaxybot deploy this if test install was successful
  • Merge this PR

If you want it to be in its own section, then this is fine - if it fits in another section then use one of the existing files.

@natefoo There isn’t a suitable section for it at the moment, and the best option would be to keep it separate. There is the tool segtk_telo, which also handles telomere-related tasks, but it’s placed under Seqtk alongside many unrelated sub-commands, so putting telogator2 there would feel out of place.
