• TODO: Have the GitHub release notes ready since these release notes provide a link to (and expect) https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/releases/tag/v25.1.0 to have the extensive list of 25.1 PRs. (via the release-drafter workflow which we still need to set up)
