Tree-sitter grammar for VBScript/VBA

This grammar is very much work in progress. It parses only a subset of the language, and might contain all kinds of bugs.

Nevertheless, this might be a starting point for you to improve the grammar, or it might be good enough for you usecases. YMMV.
