Standalone HTML tool (doc/ColorThemeEdit.htm) for previewing and generating bar color/font settings. Pairs color pickers with live Config.ini output so users don't have to hand-edit hex values. Pulled from upstream PR fuhsjr00#277 by @KSR-Yasuda while upstream is quiet. Rolls up the 14 iterative commits from the PR branch into a single commit preserving the original author.

It's hard to edit bug.n bar color theme...
At least, there should be some theme editor like this?
Color pickers <=> Config.ini setting are linked each other,
and display them on the preview above.
I'm not sure details, such as
Config_*Color_#*<=> bug.n bar corresponding area, and so on.If incorrect, fix it up plz.
