Changes:

  • This PR adds a feature which displays a banner alert when a ticket is raised after working hours or during holidays as per the SLA agreement defined.
  • Added Show Message Outside Working Hours checkbox in the HD Settings doctype for enabling/disabling the feature.
  • Added Set Custom Message Text input for display custom after hours work message.
  • From the backend it uses get_customer_portal_settings() api to check whether the message is to be displayed using the checkbox mentioned above and it also uses is_outside_working_hours() to get work timings from the SLA agreement.
  • In frontend (TicketNew.vue) renders a yellow banner with the message when applicable and can be removed for the day using the close banner button.
