Fix: Improve Gender Query Response for SUSI (Fixes #365)

Summary

This PR enhances the response of the "Male or Female" skill under the Communication category to ensure a professional, neutral, and AI-appropriate reply when users ask gender-related questions.

Problem

The previous response:

• Contained grammatical inaccuracies
• Sounded informal
• Did not reflect a professional AI tone

Since SUSI represents an AI assistant, responses should remain neutral, inclusive, and grammatically correct.
