InteractOA is a front-end interface that provides visualizations of prokaryotic regulatory small RNAs interaction networks, and statement level citations to PubMed Central articles that describe the evidences on these interactions. InteractOA is powered by open access knowledge graph of Wikidata. InteractOA is made for the freedom of biological research community. This repo is used to track the development of InteractOA.
