Proper GeoJSON support

We have some rudimentary GeoJSON support since dart is great with handling JSON. The idea is that we would depend on a fully fledged GeoJSON implementation from turf-dart and as benefit we also have turf functionality to our disposal.

great idea - i would suggest to leave the option to still use raw geojson - saves the overhead of deserializing
if it is from some remote source.
