📝 Summary
Sets additional headers for bid submissions to bloxroute. By default, the bids are shared across regions. Setting
share=naheader restricts bloxroute submissions to be shared only within North America region.Builder value header allows to communicate to bloxroute full coinbase reward without having relay to simulate the block.
