Improvement: Added a page-level intro paragraph that orients readers on what the testing page covers (local development setup and troubleshooting common failures). Also tightened the Local Development section opener to be more direct and concise.
The page previously jumped straight into the first H2 with no context. The new intro leads with what the reader will accomplish before they start reading the subsections.
