Add (very basic) nip47 support

Hellouuu, nak is great but it did not support nip47 so I changed that.

Now it at least supports fetching the info event (kind 13194).

When I have time, I will add more support!

This should be added to the upstream library first, and nak should be used as the testbed for that.

No worries, was just an offer and that others can see that there is nip47 support in my fork when they search for "nip47" in this repository. Feel free to close this PR whenever you want!

But do you mean with upstream fiatjaf.com/nostr which is what you're using in nak or go-nostr (upstream of upstream)?
